Chris Evans

Chris EvansChris is an operations, technology and customer experience expert, specialising in managing and growing businesses, and thinking strategically about the use technology to improve the customer and workplace experience.

Operations

He was the former Chief Operating Officer of Nice Group, a residential property investment, development and management company specialising in providing a high yield residential real estate model to private clients and institutional investment funds.

As the COO, he transformed them from a small scale construction company with a turnover of £1m to a medium scale real estate enterprise turning over £25m per annum within 12 months, and was responsible for all internal business management across three group companies, as well as implementing the technology systems to provide real time management information seamlessly across all group companies to improve strategy.

He has also been the Operations Director of a commercial real estate startup.  

Technology

Chris also has an IT background with experience of developing large scale data management systems in both large and small organisations in Australia.  He has had a variety of roles and consulting projects looking at creating better online customer retail experiences as well as workplace technology, and is experienced at developing technology briefs for a wide range of public and private sector organisations.

Customer Experience

Chris holds formal qualifications in customer experience development as well as a variety of experience both in organisations and as a consultant in developing better experiences.
